We ship with DHL. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

Europe
We ship to selected European countries for €5.90.
Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland costs €5.50. As Switzerland is not an EU member, additional fees may be incurred at customs, which we unfortunately cannot influence.

Austria and other EU countries:

How do I return an item?
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

What material is the jewelry made of?
316L stainless steel is 100% waterproof, colorfast and ideal for everyday wear. A very high-quality material that is robust, durable and easy to clean.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry made from 316L stainless steel is particularly easy to care for. Usually, it's enough to rinse it with clear water when needed and then dry it with a soft cloth. Stainless steel is incredibly robust, waterproof, and doesn't tarnish. Therefore, special cleaning agents are not necessary.
Can I swim and shower with the jewelry on?
The jewelry is water-resistant and made for everyday wear. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with chlorinated or saltwater to protect the surface in the long term.
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a voluntary one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Damage caused by improper use (e.g., strong pulling or intentional breakage) is not covered.

How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can contact us at info@ovisandco.com.
Please indicate "Cancellation" or "Change" in the subject line of your email - this will allow our Customer Support to process your request more quickly.
